Online bookings will only been confirmed once our terms & conditons have been been accepted and bookings have been approved by management. We will be not accepting any group bookings only families & seniors.
Stay 8 or more nights, one full service is given at no additional cost.
Stays of 7 nights, we will change linen & towels mid stay at no additional cost.

Consists of beds being made (linen not changed) Rubbish removal, fresh towels, toiletries, washing powder and other consumables re stocked.

Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days prior to arrival. Guests will be charged the first night's accommodation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival. If guests cancel with 30 days of arrival 100% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged.
Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations. A flat fee deposit of one night's accommodation is required for all bookings, this fee is non refundable if cancelled after the required 60 days notice.
Credit Card guarantees:
On line reservations require authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. A 1 nights deposit will be made against the card details, Balance is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Changes in reservation term:
Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.
From 1st July 2018 The Glebe will be a smoke free complex. Smoking will not be permitted anywhere in the complex.
Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. All visitors to sign in and out at reception. Visitors must vacate the building before 8 p.m. maximum visitors 4. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest. Parties are not allowed and any noise will not be tolerated whatever the time of day.
Our policy is to hold credit card details for any unreported breakages, damages or additional cleaning - all of which will be charged against this card. In the event of no credit card we then require a bond of $500 which will be refunded after the apartment has been checked. Any outstanding expenses will also be charged.
