Extra People Charges

As per legislation we have to be aware of the number of guests occupying our apartments at all times. Additional guests beyond the number booked are charged at NZ$50 per night if notified prior to check-in. If found to have additional guests once checked in the penalty rate is NZ$100 per person per night. The owner reserves the right to terminate a rental immediately should the number of occupants of the apartment exceed the number of guests booked. We allow 1 child under the age of 2 free of charge using existing bedding.


Online bookings are not always confirmed bookings, we will confirm once we are assured our policies are read and understood.

A 3% surcharge applies to all payments made by Credit Card. To avoid this charge you can pay by bank transfer, eftpos or cash.

Bank transfers from overseas - Transaction fees of up to $50.00 apply please check with your bank.

Refunds will only be made the to the credit card debited for the original transaction amount less any associated fees.


Free unlimited wi-fi for direct bookings through this website. (Fair use policy applies)

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients including New Zealand travelers take out comprehensive travel insurance when making a booking, especially in the winter months. There can be many flight cancellations over this period.

We also recommend that your insurance covers loss of accommodation charges and other costs through cancellation.

New Year Bookings:

Online bookings will only be confirmed once our terms & conditions have been accepted and bookings have been approved by management. We will be not accepting any group bookings only families & seniors.

Hens and Stag Parties:

We do not accept any party groups or single group bookings. We have zero noise policy.

2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom - $50.00

2 Bedroom, 2 bathrooms - $70.00

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - $85.00

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - $98.00

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - $98.00

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - $110.00

Consists of beds being made (linen not changed) Rubbish removal, fresh towels, toiletries, washing powder and other consumables restocked.


Is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.


Is 10 am on the day of departure. Early check-in or check-out is by arrangement.

Cancellation/refund policy:

Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a no show 1 nights accommodation will be charged.

COVID-19 DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY All direct bookings are amendable and/or refundable up until the day of arrival if directly affected by New Zealand or Australia travel restrictions imposed by either Government due to a Covid-19 outbreak. Should travel be paused or suspended for a period of time and extended accommodation is required.

Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations.

Non Refundable Bookings:

All non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking. No cancellations permitted. If due to covid-19 lock-down which is not covered by travel insurance the booking can be moved to another date.

Credit Card guarantees:

Online reservations require the authorization of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. A 1 nights deposit will be made against the card details, Balance is required when you check-in.


The Glebe is a smoke-free complex. Smoking will not be permitted anywhere in the complex including balconies and courtyards.


Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. All visitors to sign in and out at the reception. Visitors must vacate the building before 8 p.m. maximum visitors 4. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest. Parties are not allowed and any noise will not be tolerated whatever the time of day.

Credit Card:

Our policy is to hold credit card details for any unreported breakages, damages or additional cleaning - all of which will be charged against this card. In the event of no credit card, we then require a bond of $500 which will be refunded after the apartment has been checked. Any outstanding expenses will also be charged.

After Hours Arrival:

If you are going to be after 6 pm please advise so we can give you key instruction.

Stay Pay Deals

All stay pay deals are non-refundable deals full payment is taken at the time of booking. This deal is not available over holiday weekends, special events or school holiday's.

Two of our penthouses are having balcony works and this may cause noise between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Saturday. This does not affect all of the property. We will be offering great discounts for the apartments that may be affected. If you are interested in special deals for the builders specials please contact us. 35% discount for stays 2 or more nights.
