Consist of beds being made (linen not changed), rubbish removed, fresh towels, toiletries, washing powder and consumables stocked.

Stays of 6 or more days one full service is given.

 

Check-in:

Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out:

Is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or check-out is by arrangement.

Office Hours:

8 am - 7.30 pm

Cancellation/refund policy: 

Cancellations up to fourteen days before the booked date incur no fee. Thereafter the deposit may be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations. A flat fee deposit is required for on line bookings, this fee is non refundable if cancelled after the required seven days notice.

Credit Card guarantees:

On line reservations require authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. A 1 nights deposit will be made against the card details.

Changes in reservation term:

Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.

Smoking:

Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

General:

Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. All visitors to sign in and out at reception.  Visitors must vacate the building before 8 p.m. maximum visitors 4. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.  Parties are not allowed and any noise will not be tolerated whatever the time of day.

Credit Card:

Our policy is to hold credit card details for any unreported breakages, damages or additional cleaning - all of which will be charged against this card.  In the event of no credit card we then require a bond of $200 which will be refunded after the apartment has been checked.  Any outstanding expenses will also be charged.
